???Canalevia™-CA1 normalizes water flow to reinstate normal function in the GI tract and is an antidiarrheal, enteric-coated tablet for oral administration. It acts locally and is not absorbed into the blood stream, providing a well tolerated and non-toxic drug product.
- Canalevia™-CA1 is a FDA conditionally approved product to treat chemotherapy-induced diarrhea (CID) in dogs. Currently, treatment for this condition is not adequately addressed by other available medications.
