Product Description

The increasing popularity of smaller patients has created quite a demand for dedicated 1.5mm compression plates. Because they do not have screw holes large enough for 2.0mm screws, these can be narrower and lower profile than 1.5/2.0mm implants or 2.0mm implants whilst maintaining sufficient material around the screw holes for strength. For the lowest profile constructs, we recommend the use of cruciate drive screws. The screw-heads are significantly lower than the equivalent screw with a hex drive socket.
