A 2mm Meniscus Probe / Nerve Hook s meant for better visualisation of the caudal horns of the meniscus. Often the process of exposing the caudal horn can result in distortions. A normal meniscus can look damaged and occasionally a bucket handle tear can sit back and look normal. It is helpful to gently probe the meniscus to establish its true condition. Dimensions refer to length of tip. Use 1mm in dogs under 30kgs and for dogs over 30kg use 2mm.
