Product Description

T-ports are a type of extension set that is attached to the catheter/winged infusion set and connected to the terminal end of the IV line. T-ports are shorter because they are usually taped to the patient. T-ports can also serve a safety function by having a 2"-3" loop taped to the patient; if the line is pulled strongly (or caught on something), the safety loop can become untaped, rather than pulling the catheter out of the patient. The length is 7 inches with a Luer Slip.
