Product Description

EXCENEL® RTU EZ sterile suspension is a ready to use sterile suspension containing the hydrochloride salt of ceftiofur in a fractionated coconut oil vehicle. Ceftiofur is a third generation cephalosporin antibiotic active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria including ß-lactamase-producing strains. Like other cephalosporins, ceftiofur is bactericidal, in vitro, resulting from inhibition of cell wall synthesis
